This is a very enlightening article about how COMELEC can make overseas absentee voting law work for Filipinos.

It would be nice if Philippine consulate will setup a date to organize and facilitate absentee voting drive. I'm sure maraming pinoy and mag vo-volunteer to get this done. Chicago is the closest to me, I can drive or fly there...just sayin' ika nga sa CNN Cheesy
